Running into a problem?

Find the resource that's causing trouble

Check your server console and in-game console (F8) for any errors — either when the resource starts up or when you perform the action that's bugging out (e.g. buying an item from a shop and not receiving it). The error output will tell you exactly where the problem lies — try to resolve it yourself or include it when opening a ticket.

Check the docs for that resource

Navigate to the resource in the sidebar and go through its Installation and Configuration guides. Make sure you're using a compatible inventory, and that all dependencies are installed and updated to their latest versions. Most problems come down to an outdated dependency or a missing setup step.

No luck? Reach out to us

Create a ticket on our Discord with the resource name, your script version, the full error output from your server console and F8 console, and any steps you've already taken. If you haven't been assigned the customer role, make sure to include your Tebex transaction ID or CFX username so we can confirm your purchase.

Where can I get support?

Which frameworks are supported?

All scripts support QBCore, QBox, and ESX with automatic detection. You do not need to change any settings for framework compatibility.

Do I need ox_lib?

Most scripts require ox_lib as a dependency. Check the installation page of each resource for its specific dependency list.

How do I update a script?

Download the latest version from Keymaster, replace the files in your resources folder, and restart the resource. Database migrations run automatically.

Where do I buy your scripts?

All scripts are sold exclusively on fivem.samueldev.shop. Do not purchase from unauthorized resellers.
